Special Bell Schedule May 3 & May 10
Hello to our VvHS families and staff Our juniors are scheduled to take the state assessment, SBAC for English on Monday, May 3 and Math on Monday, May 10. We have a special schedule to accommodate the test administration for both Mondays. ALL students , juniors and seniors will log in to their 1st period class at 8:45 and remain in class for 9 minutes while the teacher takes attendance and gives an assignment. Students will follow the same process as for period 1 for periods 2 through 5. At the conclusion of 5th period seniors and juniors who previously opted out will log out of 5th period and to continue to work on assignments from their period 1-5 teachers. Juniors taking the SBAC remain in 5th period and will receive directions for taking the test from their 5th period teacher. The SBAC will be completed online with the camera on using a chromebook. If the parent of a junior wishes to opt out of taking the SBAC, please go to the link (https://forms.gle/ATV22uH8Nm8hQGhv9 ). Tomorrow is the last day to exercise the opt-out option.
